If you’ve posted your OSHA Form 300A Summary, you can take it down after April 30. The annual posting period (February 1–April 30) is officially over on May 1. While there’s no penalty for leaving it up longer, it’s no longer required to be posted after April 30.
Remember, the 300A Summary should have been posted in a visible area for employees to review. Now, it’s time to store it—along with your OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Reports—for five years.
Also, keep in mind: OSHA updated some reporting requirements under Part 1904, so this is a great time to review your materials and confirm you're using the most current guidance.
If your business falls under electronic reporting requirements, the next key date to submit Form 300A using OSHA's Injury Tracking Application (ITA) is July 1.
