Continue to keep an eye on OSHA's COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard. Our last blog post gave the update about the stay of OSHA's COVID-19 ETS, and as of Friday November 11th this stay has been extended until further court order. So what does this mean? It is not likely that employers will have to meet the December or January deadlines that were originally reported. Even though nothing specific has been announced, continue to plan what this would look like IF and when it is ever enforced.
